Affiliate Disclosure
Plain-English version: some links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and sign up, I may earn a commission — at no extra cost to you.
What an affiliate link is
An affiliate link is a special tracking link to a product or service. When you use it to sign up or buy, the company pays me a referral commission. The price you pay is exactly the same as if you had gone to the site directly; the commission comes out of the company's marketing budget, not your pocket.
How I use them here
Affiliate links help keep this site free to read and independent. I only link to hosts and tools I would recommend on their own merits. Earning a commission never determines whether a product appears here, where it ranks, or what I say about it. When a product has a real weakness — a renewal price jump, a missing feature — I say so, affiliate relationship or not.
Affiliate links are marked with a rel="sponsored" attribute in line with search-engine guidelines, and relevant articles carry a visible note near the top.
No guarantees
Products, plans, features, and prices change often. I do my best to keep information accurate, but always confirm the current details on the provider's own website before you buy. Nothing here is professional, legal, or financial advice.
FTC and similar rules
This disclosure is provided in the spirit of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's guidance on endorsements, as well as comparable consumer-protection rules elsewhere, so you always know when a link can earn me a commission.
Questions
If anything about how this site earns money is unclear, that is a fair question to ask. Transparency is the whole point of this page.
